Yoga

In 2019, I completed the “Yoga for Pregnant Women” training. Three quarters of a year later I gave birth to my second child, wild and free at home.

Actually, the yoga training was meant to expand my range of care. But much more it empowered and strengthened me, accompanied my body optimally during pregnancy and prepared me for birth. This experience has strengthened me existentially.

I am happy to offer you a tailor-made yoga and birth preparation for an optimal pregnancy and a strengthened birth. Traditional yoga in open classes is sometimes less suitable, certain postures should be avoided during pregnancy. My offer emphasises natural birth preparation, includes breathing techniques, birth positions, pelvic floor knowledge and perineal exercises.

Yoga strengthens flexibility, fitness, dealing with contractions, alleviating pregnancy discomfort. Relaxation exercises promote serenity and connection to the child.
