Getting into my professional passion in another country was difficult at first. It is a different system, a different language and many challenges.
But so here I am, as a midwife, working as a doula with a big vision to also work as a midwife here and give the naturalness of birth a voice in Sweden. My mission is to embrace and empower the powerful femininity in every woman so that she can experience self-determined births full of confidence and strength.
It is of great importance that all those who strive for this free and natural birth experience, who share the vision of natural birth, are connected. With the support of my women’s circle, we are now starting a workshop for Midwives, Doulas and all those who support pregnant and birthing women. Together, let’s break through to a free birth system in Sweden and renew the health birth system. The Retreat is a passionate call to create a community of Midwives and Doulas who support women on their self-determined birth journey. Join us on this journey of empowerment and renewal!

Relaxation and Wellness
Use this time to deeply relax. Enjoy a soothing massage, the sauna by the pond and if you like a refreshing ice bath. These days are intended to be a deep experience for both mind and body and to help us recover from the winter so that we can start the spring with renewed strength.
Three-day experience
Over three days we dive deeper into our intentions, deepen our understanding of our desires and create space for creativity. This longer duration enables not only learning, but also authentic connections.
A culinary delight
Hand-baked fika, brunch and balanced dinners will leave us nourished and savored.
Idyllic location
Ställdalen provides the ideal setting for our trip. The cottage by the lake creates an atmosphere of tranquillity that will make our time together even more precious.
